Paladin Adjustment Group provides property and casualty adjusting and inspection services to the insurance industry and serves Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Eric Schuster and Mike Clark have 50+ years of combined claims adjusting experience working for the insurance companies. We train and supervise all of our adjusters. Adjusters are equipped with ladders to access difficult roof climbs to analyze cause of loss and assess damages. Our team is capable of handling any property loss assigned to us.

Eric established Paladin in 2003. Eric is a graduate of Penn State University and has achieved the AIC designation from the Insurance Institute. Since 1990, Eric has experience handling Property, General Liability, Auto, Construction Defect, Builder’s Risk, and Bodily Injury. Eric is a Executive General Adjuster handling large and complex losses. He is licensed as an Independent Adjuster in Delaware.
Mike Clark
Michael became a partner in 2004. Mike is a graduate of Stockton State College. He has achieved his AIC designation from the Insurance Institute. Since 1994, Mike has experience in Property, Casualty, General Liability and Workers Compensation claims. Mike is an Executive General Adjuster handling any size property damage losses. He is licensed as an Independent Adjuster in Delaware.
Matt Ernst
Matt Ernst is a graduate of West Chester University and has been employed by Paladin for (15) years. He is currently a General Adjuster and capable of handling large loss. He is also experienced in roof losses, especially hail damage. He is licensed as an Independent Adjuster in Delaware.
Rick Cassidy
Rick has been with Paladin over (2) years and has 12+ years claims handling experience. He is a US Navy veteran. He handles both residential and commercial property and casualty claims.
