Our services focus on Personal and Commercial property claims handling. All of our adjusters emphasize excellent customer service through:

  • Making 24-hour initial contact with the policyholder
  • Making 48-hour initial on-site inspection of the loss/damage
  • Assessing cause and origin of the loss at the inspection
  • Completing their own scope and estimate of building damages
  • Evaluating contents, BPP, business income, ALE and other facets of property losses
  • Organizing, mounting and captioning of detached photos
  • Evaluating damage and coverage issues through policy review with experience in ISO, AAIS and manuscript forms
  • Providing detailed reports summarizing the assignment and claim
  • Negotiating, adjusting and settling all facets of property claims
  • Monitoring personal diary for routine communications with policyholders via telephone and required state mandated written correspondence
  • Inter-company supervision by Eric Schuster and Mike Clark to ensure quality claims handling occurs daily
